AI Consultant- Walk in on 5th Sept 2026

TNP is looking for an extraordinary AI Consultant who loves to push the boundaries to solve complex business problems using creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Deploy models into production and scale them for real-world workloads.
* Monitor, optimise, and maintain AI systems for performance and reliability.
* Design cost-effective, high-performance AI architectures.
* Build LLM fine-tuning, Agentic AI, and computer vision solutions.
* Own delivery end-to-end, from problem definition to business impact.
* Translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions with stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in ML/AI with production delivery for the Associate Consultant position. 2+ years of experience for the Consultant position and 5+ years for the Senior Consultant position.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology or a related field.
* Hands-on experience across 10+ model types in live environments.
* Expertise in model experimentation, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning.
* Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL.
* Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Good to have: Docker, CI/CD, MLflow, Power BI, or cloud certifications.
