Business Analyst/Implementation Engineer-2-3 years (Immediate joiners required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Implementation Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to support the implementation and delivery of ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to ERP applications and strong client coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
*Understand and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
*Coordinate with clients to understand business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
*Support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
*Prepare functional documents, requirement specifications, process flows, user manuals, and other project documentation.
*Conduct requirement gathering, user discussions, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
*Coordinate with development and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
*Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, issue identification, and resolution tracking.
*Provide implementation support and assist clients during go-live and post-implementation activities.
*Track client requirements, queries, and issues and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
*Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Preferred Domain Experience

Candidates with experience in ERP solutions will be preferred, particularly exposure to one or more of the following modules:

HRMS / Payroll
CRM
Finance & Accounting
Trading / Inventory
Procurement / Operations
Other enterprise business applications

Required Skills

*2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Implementation Analyst, or similar role.
*Strong understanding of business requirements and functional analysis.
*Good client coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to interact confidently with clients and understand their business needs.
*Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, UAT, and implementation support.
*Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Ability to work closely with cross-functional technical and business teams.
*Good documentation and presentation skills.
*Immediate joiner or candidates with very short notice period preferred.
