Technical Manager

Technical Manager to drive engineering strategy, execution, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Define technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
Own and optimize SDLC, CI/CD, QA, and development processes.
Track engineering KPIs and improve delivery efficiency.
Lead capacity planning, hiring, performance management, and team development.
Set coding, architecture, quality, and technology standards.
Drive modernization and scalability of Java/MSSQL legacy systems.
Mentor Team Leads and Senior Developers.
Act as the final escalation point for technical challenges.

Requirements:

8–12 years of software industry experience with 2+ years in leadership/management.
Experience managing 10+ developers/QA engineers.
Strong conceptual knowledge of Java, Angular & SQL/MSSQL.
Experience with Jira, Git, CI/CD and Agile/SDLC processes.
Strong technical decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
