Implementation Engineer

1. a) Implementation activities
· Define and take end-to-end responsibility for the overall migration strategy for a customer.
· Act as primary point of entry on Customer implementation plans under responsibility
· Identify and drive specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products and services.
· Co-ordinate relevant team-member and external tasks according to plan
· Perform the necessary tests on the customized solution before it is delivered to the customer.
· Identify and resolve implementation showstoppers, ensure the resolution of problems arising.
· Execute any necessary steps of Cutover Rehearsals and Production Cutover Customer
1. b) Functional support
· Provide functional expertise and assistance during and after implementation.
· Support the customer with reengineered business processes.
· Organize and execute the necessary testing with the Customer
· Provide functional support and problem resolution to sales and/or customer functional staff.
1. c) Project management
· Organize and plan the implementation schedule and provide inputs to the program/project manager
· Ensure that project milestones are met; Perform final sign-off prior to implementation in production
· Identify risks and ensure good reporting
· Provide formal implementation status, KPIs and customer feedback to management and the responsible program/project manager
· Anticipate problems and providing solutions
· Coordinate with other actors of the implementation
1. d) Quality
· Ensure efficiency of proposed solutions
· Guarantee that customized products/solutions meet specified requirements
· Ensure high quality for deliverables, compliance with industry standards and corporate strategies.
· Participate in internal processes improvement. Support, document and industrialize implementation processes. Evaluate propose and improve internal processes and tools.
· Produce project plan including milestone
· Produce project status report
· Deliver airline migration and post implementation project
· Deliver test and production platform configured as per customer requirement
