Façade BIM Modeler / Coordinator

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Architecture / Civil Engineering

Skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facade fabrication / shop drawings / facade coordination.
• Strong experience in Facade Coordination and Interface
Management.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and facade-related drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
