Job Description:-

We are looking for a talented and passionate AI Developer/AI Developer(Intern) to join our R&D team. As our AI Developer, you will be at the heart of this product — designing, building, and optimising the AI systems, NLP pipelines, avatar integrations, and agentic workflows that power the platform end-to-end. This is a rare opportunity to work on a genuinely novel product at the intersection of Generative AI, Conversational AI, 3D Avatar technology, and enterprise HR automation.

Key Responsibilities:-

• AI Development:- plan, Design and build AI agents and large language models to improve various workflows.
• Integration:- Integrate real-time technologies and third-party APIs to enhance system functionality.
• NLP and Analysis:- Develop natural language processing pipelines and analysis.
• Backend Development:- Create and maintain robust APIs for system communication.
• MLOps:- Set up, monitor, and optimize machine learning model deployment and performance.
• Reporting:- Generate analytics and reports to evaluate processes and performance insights.

Required Technical Skills

• Core languages :-(Python, JS, SQL)
• AI/ML stack :-(LLMs, RAG, NLP, speech, computer vision)
• Backend & APIs :-(FastAPI, Celery, PostgreSQL)
• DevOps & cloud :-(AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Avatar & video tech :-(Tavus, HeyGen, WebRTC)

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field

*Job Description:-

We are looking for a talented and passionate Game Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining engaging game experiences across one or more platforms. You'll collaborate closely with artists, designers, producers, and QA to bring creative visions to life.

*Key Responsibilities:-

- Design, develop, and implement gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using industry-standard engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.)
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C++, C#, or other relevant languages
- Collaborate with game designers and artists to translate concepts and wireframes into functional game components
- Optimize game performance across target platforms (PC, console, mobile, etc.)
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions
- Integrate third-party tools, SDKs, and APIs (physics engines, audio systems, analytics, etc.)
- Stay current with trends and emerging technologies in game development
- Support the build, deployment, and release pipeline
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and agile development processes

*Required Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proficiency in C++, C#, or Python
- Hands-on experience with Unity or Unreal Engine
- Strong understanding of game architecture, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce)
- Solid understanding of 2D/3D math, physics, and rendering pipelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
