HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Generalist who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations and take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have strong HR fundamentals, good decision-making abilities and the confidence to handle employee matters independently while working closely with senior management.



Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, employee records and exit formalities.
Handle attendance, leave management, employee queries and payroll coordination.
Manage employee relations, grievances and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
Support performance management, appraisals and employee development.
Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI and gratuity.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and support management in people-related decisions.
Requirements

4+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in IT / Software Services.
Good knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and statutory compliance.
Strong ownership, accountability and independent decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Frappe or similar tools is preferred.
