Inside Sales Executive

KOGLAND is a start-up offering a B2B online marketplace platform connecting medical consumable & devices distributors and manufacturers with healthcare providers i.e., hospitals, clinics, etc. We are a healthcare providers preferred one-stop online surgical store for all their medical & healthcare supply requirements.

Skill Set Requirement:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and customer-handling skills
- Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Good product knowledge and ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Proficiency in Hindi
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Target-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert prospects into successful sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, understand their requirements, and provide accurate product information and suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and effective follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, orders, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Experience:
1 - 3 years
