Solutions Consultant
We are looking for a highly skilled Software and Technical Solutions Consultant to provide customer facing technical Consulting, implementation guidance, and solution optimization for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer interaction, ensuring business requirements gathering, solution design, product deployment, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.Responsibilities:
• Act as a technical advisor for clients, assisting with software implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in providing technical support to a diverse, global customer base.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Skilled in prioritizing and escalating customer issues based on their severity.
• Consistent in providing timely updates on tasks to align with severity levels.
• Demonstrates both teamwork and autonomy in a work setting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and escalate issues as necessary.
• Assist customers in deploying, configuring, and maintaining applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Preparing documentation/knowledge base.
• Takes a proactive approach to work independently and without close supervision.
Skills Required:
• Design end-to-end technical solutions for web applications, APIs, database systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software deployments.
• Support software deployment across environments including development, staging, UAT, and production.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server and MS SQL Server database environments.
• Experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IIS for hosting web applications and websites.
• Experience in MS SQL Server database installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• SQL Server failover cluster instances, or High availability always on database configuration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to servers, web services, and databases.
• Root cause analysis skills to identify underlying problems and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in analyzing app logs and debug issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate tasks and streamline processes.
• Experienced in working with software systems hosted on public cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices to ensure secure cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with a wide range of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
• Understanding of AWS Lambda for building serverless applications and event-driven functions
• Hands-on experience in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, firewall, WAF, and load balancing.
• Experience with AWS Command Line Interface (CLI) for programmatic interaction with AWS services.
• Understanding of key Azure services, Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure SQL DB, Azure Storage, Azure AD etc.
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Network, subnets, network security groups (NSGs), and Azure Load Balancer.
• Knowledgeable in using CRM tools like Zoho.
• Leverage AI tools such as OpenAI Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and GitHub Copilot to enhance solution design and customer delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Implementation and Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for a skilled Implementation and Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Windows Server, Web Server, and Database environments to deliver production support and implementation of our software solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a skilled team of technical support engineers based in both India and the US, delivering comprehensive support services to customers globally.Responsibilities:
• Provide Technical Support for Windows Servers, IIS Servers, MS SQL Servers, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Installation, configuration, security management, and maintenance of Windows Servers.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL Server.
• Installation, setting up IIS, and deployment of web applications on Windows Servers.
• Provide Technical Support (Production) for web-based applications and products.
• Perform software functional, performance, and usability testing of the software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the software product.
• Diagnose, document, and track technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience providing L2 and L3-level Technical Support in the following technologies:
• Proficient in administering Windows Servers and IIS Web Servers.
• Experience in MS SQL Server database installation, configuration, and administration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to servers, web services, databases and networks.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including FTP, HTTP, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
• Understanding of key Azure services, VMs, Azure App Services, Azure SQL DB, Azure Storage, Azure AD etc.
• Leverage AI tools such as OpenAI Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and GitHub Copilot to enhance solution design.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of software implementation processes.
