IT Executive - L0 Desktop Support
Job Description• Monitor and manage the unassigned ticket pool in the ITSM tool.
• Handle L0 tickets and assign remaining tickets to the appropriate stakeholders via ManageEngine.
• Receive and handle IT helpdesk calls via Genesys.
• Log requests in ITSM for cases where end users are unable to raise requests themselves (ManageEngine).
• Guide users toward portal- or email-based request submissions.
• Support organizational initiatives focused on optimizing repetitive workload requests and automation programs initiated.
