We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates within approved budgets.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports and documentation.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with pre-employment documentation and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
