Job Description:

• Conduct thorough software testing, analyze data, write test cases and communicate with developers.
• Checking software functionality on different operating systems, browsers and devices to ensure that the software is up to the standard and meets
the users’ needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for projects.
• Testing software for security vulnerabilities and providing input on improving the company’s product solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience 3 Plus years in software testing,
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of testers, allocating work, reviewing output, and ensuring quality and timelines are met across projects.
• Own the overall test strategy and test planning for projects, translating business and functional requirements into comprehensive test plans.
• Review and approve test cases, scripts, and procedures designed by team members; guide the team on manual and automated testing
approaches.
• Drive testing across different operating systems, browsers, and devices to ensure software meets defined quality standards and user needs.
• Oversee security testing efforts and provide inputs on strengthening the company's product quality and risk posture.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders on all testing-related matters,
including scope, timelines, and risks.
• Track defects, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure timely closure by coordinating with development and cross-functional teams.
• Report on test progress, quality metrics, and release readiness to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to introduce or improve automation frameworks and testing tools within the team.
• Stay current on industry trends, testing tools, and technologies, and bring relevant improvements into the team's practices.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and best practices across the software development lifecycle.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of overall experience in software testing, with at least 2–3 years in a Test Lead or team-leading capacity.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, along with experience building or reviewing test strategies.
• Hands-on and supervisory experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.; experience setting up or scaling automation is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a testing team.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience interfacing with clients and project leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Flutter Developer

Experience: 6-7 years total, with at least 4 years in Flutter and Dart
Location: Kochi-Kerala
Work mode: Full Work From Office (5 days a week)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will own features end to end, guide junior developers, and work side by side with product, design, and backend teams at our office to deliver reliable, scalable apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces
• Architect clean, modular, and testable code (Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar)
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs
• Manage application state using Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and startup time
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests; maintain code quality through reviews
• Own app releases to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks

Required Skills

• 6-7 years of software development experience, with 5+ years in Flutter and Dart
• Strong grasp of Dart language features, async programming, streams, and isolates
• Hands-on experience with state management (Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider)
• Experience with local storage (SQLite, Hive, Drift, Shared Preferences)
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication (OAuth, JWT)
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics)
• Proficiency with Git and Agile/Scrum practices
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on both app stores
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive layouts
• Ability and willingness to work from the office full time

Good to Have

• Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) experience, including platform channels
• Good experience on trading, broking, wealth, mutual fund, or investment apps
• Understanding of capital markets: equities, derivatives, mutual funds, bonds, ETFs, IPOs
• Familiarity with order types, margins, positions, holdings, P&L, and settlement concepts
• CI/CD experience (Code magic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Experience with Flutter Web or Desktop
• Knowledge of app security, secure storage, and certificate pinning
• Exposure to BFSI, healthcare, or e-commerce domain applications
• Experience with modular or micro frontend app architectures
