Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized medical coder who has 2 plus years coding
experience in Ophthalmology and laboratory procedures to join our growing team.
In this position, you will play a key role in reviewing and analyzing medical billing and coding

Requirements:

● 2+ years of work experience in coding Ophthalmology and procedures.
● Must possess the knowledge in coding Ophthalmology and procedures
● Certification is mandatory From AAPC / AHIMA
● Exposure to CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Assign codes to diagnoses and procedures, using CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM .

Spanish Bilingual Clinical Support Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent Spanish-English Bilingual Clinical Support Associate to join our US Healthcare Operations team. The ideal candidate will serve as a communication bridge between Spanish-speaking patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams while supporting various clinical and administrative functions.
Prior experience in US Healthcare is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong language proficiency and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
Interpret and translate verbal and written communications between English and Spanish.
Support patient communication and clinical coordination activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Authorization Specialist with hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Verification of Benefits (VOB), insurance eligibility verification, and obtaining prior authorizations to ensure timely processing of patient services and minimize claim denials.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) for patients by contacting insurance providers and reviewing payer portals.
Verify patient insurance eligibility, coverage, deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket responsibilities.
Obtain and manage prior authorizations for medical procedures, treatments, medications, and diagnostic services.
Ensure all authorization requirements are met before scheduled services.
Communicate authorization status and benefit details to internal teams and patients when required.
Follow up with insurance companies on pending authorization requests.
Maintain accurate documentation of benefit verification and authorization details in the practice management/EHR system.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1–5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
