Sr. Graphic Designer

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media or a related field. Portfolio and demonstrated ability outweigh formal qualification.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, energy or B2B sectors.
• Exhibition, event or environmental graphics.
• Figma; basic 3D for product and equipment visualisation.
• Video editing basics.
• Expert: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Working: After Effects, Lightroom.
• AI image production with method. Practical experience with Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Magnific or equivalent. Writes structured prompts treating subject, environment, camera, lighting and mood as separate controllable parameters.

Job Description:

• Design digital key visuals and campaign graphics with a deliberate aesthetic — hierarchy that survives at thumbnail scale and holds at full size, in a sector where the baseline is generic.
• Design across digital, print and environmental formats, each to its own structural logic.
• Build and hold layout systems — grid, typographic scale, spacing logic — and the templates that make the next round faster.
• Maintain brand consistency across several client identities running in parallel, without drift between them.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for print and fabrication, including large-format setup and distance legibility. Own the vendor handoff.
• Produce the imagery. There are no shoots — visuals come from AI, stock and client material, which makes this load-bearing. Generate, upscale, retouch, composite and finish by hand. AI output is a raw plate, never a deliverable.
• Get the equipment right. Industrial accuracy is a design requirement, not a review comment.
• Produce basic After Effects text animation.
• Run multiple concurrent projects unsupervised — calendars tracked, approvals chased in writing, deadlines reverse-scheduled from delivery dates.
