About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with 2 years of experience to join our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities combined with solid technical skills to build responsive, pixel-perfect, and user-friendly web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop responsive, high-quality front-end interfaces with pixel-perfect precision.

* Work with component-based design systems and reusable component libraries.

* Collaborate with designers and developers to implement UI/UX best practices.

* Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to mobile-first design principles.

* Participate in version control workflows using Git.

* Integrate and maintain front-end components within React.js and Next.js frameworks.

* Optimize front-end performance and maintain clean, maintainable code.


Mandatory Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js
*Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
*Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design
*Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or other modern CSS frameworks
*Knowledge of UI/UX design principles,
*Experience translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
*Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API
*Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data
*Understanding of SEO best practices in Next.js applications
*Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows

Preferred Skills
*Experience with UI libraries like Shadcn/UI, Material UI, or Ant Design
*Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lenis
*Knowledge of design systems and component-driven development
*Understanding of web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
*Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude
*Basic knowledge of Node.js and backend integration
*Experience with Vercel deployment and CI/CD workflows
