Associate Placement and Business Development

Job Description

We Emergio looking for the Associate Placement and Business Development is responsible for driving revenue generation, admissions closure, lead management, and placement and hiring outreach, while strictly adhering to the organization’s systems, processes, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counselling
• Explain courses, programs, fees, and admission requirements.
• Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Lead Management
• Handle inquiries received through phone calls, emails, websites, social media, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
• Admission Support
• Assist students in completing application and enrolment forms.
• Collect and verify required documents.
• Sales and Conversion
• Achieve admission and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Address objections and provide solutions to encourage enrolment.
• Database Management
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems.
• Generate reports on admissions and conversion rates.
• Customer Service
• Provide a positive admission experience.
• Respond promptly to student queries and concerns.
• Coordination
• Work closely with academic, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
