Role Overview
An experienced and innovative AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that address business challenges - the ideal candidate bridges the gap between data science, software engineering, and business needs, translating requirements into production-ready intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions in production environments
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
Develop end-to-end pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment
Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications using APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms
Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Monitor deployed models, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams
Stay up to date with advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommend best practices
Build documentation, reusable components, and solution architectures
Required Skills
Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI concepts
Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience with LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
Knowledge of data engineering (ETL pipelines, SQL, Spark, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and ML services
Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience building REST APIs and microservices
Understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
