Campus Outreach & Corporate Reach Out Executive

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Campus Outreach & Corporate Reach Out Executive to build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, placement officers, department heads, and corporate clients. The role involves identifying potential institutions and companies, promoting our training, internship, upskilling, and placement-related programs, and supporting student and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Outreach
• Identify and connect with colleges, universities, placement officers, HODs, and faculty members.
• Promote company programs such as internships, workshops, seminars, training programs, and student development initiatives.
• Coordinate with college placement cells for student enrolment, campus drives, seminars, and awareness sessions.
• Maintain regular communication with colleges and follow up for meetings, collaborations, and program participation.
• Create and maintain a database of colleges, contacts, departments, email IDs, and phone numbers.
• Support planning and execution of campus engagement activities, including free workshops, seminars, orientation sessions, and career awareness programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for program details, schedules, student queries, and required promotional materials.
Corporate Reach Out
• Identify potential corporate clients for employee upskilling, training, assessment, and development programs.
• Reach out to HR managers, training managers, L&D teams, and business heads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Present company offerings in a professional manner to corporates.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions with corporate clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals, brochures, presentations, and program details for corporate clients.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate contacts for future training and partnership opportunities.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
• Research and generate new leads from colleges, companies, LinkedIn, websites, referrals, and industry networks.
• Make regular calls and send emails to prospects.
• Track daily outreach activities and update lead status.
• Follow up with contacts until closure or next action is confirmed.
• Share daily/weekly reports with management.
Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with college officials, HR teams, and corporate decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of training, internships, placements, and corporate upskilling programs.
• Good email writing and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
• Prior experience in education, training, placement coordination, business development, corporate relations, or institutional sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in campus outreach, corporate relations, business development, education sales, training coordination, or placement support.
