ERP Implementation Executive

ERP Implementation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in conducting product demonstrations, delivering ERP training sessions, managing customer queries, and providing on-site client support. Experienced in coordinating with clients during ERP implementation, gathering requirements, troubleshooting functional issues, and ensuring successful user adoption through effective training and support. Willing to travel to client locations for implementation, training, and post-go-live assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
Travel to client locations for ERP implementation, training, and support.
Deliver ERP training sessions to end users and stakeholders.
Manage customer queries and provide functional support.
Assist clients during ERP deployment and user onboarding.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues.
Prepare user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
Monitor client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
