Finance Executive (02-05 Years)

Qualification- M.Com/MBA(Finance)/CA Inter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to oversee and support key financial operations within the organization. The role involves managing financial reconciliations, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting financial analysis to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

-Organise and maintain financial records, general ledger accounts for the company.

-Assist in the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets and budget sheets.

-Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

-Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. Ensure GST Return filing and TDS return filings are done accurately and on time.

-Update accounts receivable and issue invoices. Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.

-Secure financial information by completing database backup, keeping information confidential.

-Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as needed.

-Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.

-Keep a track of the ROC and RBI filings in liaison with Company Secretary.

-Support other company operational tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

-Maintaining financial records and general ledger accounts accurately.

-Preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and budgets.

-Knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS) and preparing tax returns.

-Accounts receivable/payable management and reconciliations.

-Ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with financial regulations.

-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
