HR & Client Operations Executive
🚨 Important Eligibility Criteria
Please Note: This is a fast-paced, multi-functional role requiring immediate operational handling. We are strictly looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in corporate HR, recruitment, or client operations. Freshers, interns, and recent graduates will NOT be considered for this position.
Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and proactive HR & Client Operations Executive who can wear multiple hats. In this role, you will manage our internal HR ecosystem, track employee project metrics, and act as a vital bridge between our staff augmentation clients and deployed resources. Additionally, you will leverage your HR expertise to conduct functional demos and training for our HR & Payroll modules to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal HR Operations & Productivity Tracking
End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview talent to meet internal and client requirements. Handle complete documentation, onboarding, and orientation for new hires.
Timesheet & Project Monitoring: Monitor daily employee timesheets and project logs to ensure accurate tracking of billable hours and internal productivity.
Employee Engagement & Administration: Maintain employee records, manage leave tracking, and organize internal team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
2. Client Coordination & Staff Augmentation Support
Monthly Client Reviews: Proactively interact with clients every month to gather structured performance reviews and feedback regarding our deployed augmentation resources.
Requirement Gathering: Maintain continuous engagement with existing clients to identify, understand, and document their upcoming or new technical resource requirements.
Resource Bridge: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve any operational or communication gaps between deployed employees and client managers.
3. Odoo HR & Payroll Product Advocacy (As per availability)
Product Demos: Learn and master Odoo HR and Payroll modules to deliver professional functional demonstrations to prospective clients.
Client Training: Conduct onboarding and training sessions for clients implementing our HR/Payroll software solutions, helping them understand system workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, IT recruitment, or client-facing operations.
Education: MBA in HR, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Key Skills:
Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for tracking timesheets and project data.
Excellent professional communication and relationship-building skills in English (both written and verbal) to confidently interface with corporate clients.
A tech-savvy mindset—comfortable learning software frameworks (like Odoo) to deliver user demos and training.
High proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel for data tracking) and basic presentation tools.
