ERP Support & Systems Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior ERP Support & Systems Specialist to join our technology team. In this role, you will focus on maintaining our core business systems, providing front-line functional and technical ERP support, and automating routine operational tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, managing system access, and keeping our infrastructure patched and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Support & Maintenance: Provide front-line functional and technical support for the enterprise ERP system. Troubleshoot user daily issues, manage user access/permissions, and ensure overall data integrity.

System Maintenance: Perform routine server maintenance, software patching, and essential system updates to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain custom scripts (Python, PowerShell) to automate routine maintenance tasks and optimize systems administration workflows.

Basic Security & Compliance: Assist the security team by maintaining basic security hardening for endpoints and servers, and monitoring system access logs.

Collaboration & Reporting: Participate in regular stand-ups and technical meetings with both the client's internal team and our project managers to provide updates on system health and support tickets.

Required Skills & Qualifications ( 🚨 IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA)
Minimum Experience Required: 1.5 to 2+ years of hands-on, professional corporate experience in Odoo support or IT operations. Please note that freshers, interns, and candidates with only academic project experience will NOT be considered for this role.

Technical Skills:
Hands-on familiarity with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Proficiency in writing basic automation scripts using Python.
Basic understanding of operating system maintenance (Windows/Linux servers) and patch management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
