Head of Finance

We are looking for a experience person to head our Department of Finance. The primary function of the role is to create forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations for all divisions under the group of companies

Requirements
* Ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience
* Should be CA Qualified
* Good in handling a team.

Responsibilities
* Evaluating, Developing, improving department controls, systems and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency for all companies
* Ensuring that all accounting process align to accounting regulations
* Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department of all companies, month-end and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
* Provision of timely and accurate financial information, analysis and insight, including income, expenditure, balance sheet, cash flow and budget holder information
* Maintaining accurate and complete records and participating in external and internal audits or reconciliations
* Analysing financial data and creating reports for management, stake holders and external parties,
* Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
