Digital Marketing Lead

Key responsibilities
•Personal brand strategist
As a Personal Branding Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive branding strategies that elevate the profile and reputation of our company and CEO. You will work closely with the executive team, understanding their vision, values, and goals to craft a strong and authentic personal brand narrative. Your expertise will help create consistent messaging across various platforms, including social media, public appearances, interviews, and written content.
o Develop and execute CEO branding strategies that align with the CEO’s goals and vision.
o Manage the CEO's social media presence, curating content that resonates with the target audience and builds a loyal following.
o Craft compelling articles, blog posts, and speeches for the CEO that showcase their expertise and contribute to their personal brand.
o Work with the CEO on public speaking, media interactions, and maintaining a consistent brand image.
o Engage with LinkedIn communities and groups to expand the network.
• Managing campaigns and other marketing strategy initiatives under the CEO’s Office
o Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and online advertising.
o Monitor campaign performance, make data-driven adjustments, and report on results.
o Website Management

• Social media marketing and managing CEO Personal Website
o Implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and website traffic.
o Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
o Optimize landing pages and website content for conversion.
o Perform keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings.
o Monitor SEO performance and make necessary improvements.
o Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, wherever needed
o Monitor ad spend, optimize campaigns for ROI, and report on performance.
o Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation, content promotion, and brand building.

• Sales and Marketing Operations Management
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales and marketing efforts, driving growth, and enhancing our brand presence. Must possess HubSpot and LinkedIn marketing certifications
HubSpot Expertise:
• Leverage HubSpot to streamline sales and marketing processes, optimize lead management, manage dashboards and reports.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM data integrity and automation workflows.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing operations.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Creative thinking and a results-driven mindset.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Personal Branding Strategist or in a similar role, with a focus on CEO branding preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand positioning strategies.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, capable of crafting engaging and impactful content.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with C-level executives and high-profile individuals.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their best practices for personal branding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
