What’s important to us:
We are looking for a highly motivated and technology-savvy Account Manager to act as the bridge between our clients and delivery teams. This role requires a blend of Business Analysis, Client Relationship Management, Technology Consulting, Solutioning, and Business Development capabilities. The candidate will work closely with client stakeholders, gather requirements, identify opportunities, coordinate with delivery teams, and ensure successful execution of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, department heads, project sponsors, and business users.
• Work regularly from client locations to understand business priorities and challenges.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate execution of requirements.
• Identify opportunities for resource augmentation, application development, product development, platform development, feature enhancements, modernization, and digital transformation.
• Recommend suitable technology solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, business analysts, and engineering teams.
• Support account growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Participate in solution presentations, proposals, workshops, and client discussions.

• Data & AI: AI/ML, Generative AI, BI, Analytics

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification is an added advantage.
