About the role

• Role: Assoc. Project Manager
• Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Friday)
• Job Location: Visakhapatnam/ Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize requirements backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure the engineering team clearly understands requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary point of contact for requirement clarifications and delivery coordination.
• Plan, manage, and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Define user acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance processes.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skillsets required for:

• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, user story writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Overall 4–8 years of relevant experience in Technical Project Management
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
•Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
