Business Development Executive – Lead Generation & Event Listings
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development professional for our Event Ticket Booking Platform. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding event organizers, managing event listings on the portal, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, relationship management abilities, and a proactive approach toward achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential event organizers, promoters, and partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers and stakeholders.
Convert leads into business opportunities and close partnerships.
Coordinate with clients for event onboarding and ensure smooth event listing on the portal.
Manage and oversee event listings, updates, schedules, and promotional activities on the platform.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets related to lead generation and event onboarding.
Collaborate with Digital marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and event promotions.
Prepare reports on sales activities, lead status, and business performance.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and online platforms.

Preferred Requirements:
Prior experience in event management, ticketing platforms, digital marketplaces, or business development roles.
Experience handling client onboarding and portal management is an added advantage.
Understanding of the events ecosystem and event promotion strategies.
