We are looking for a Junior Cloud Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring and supporting Cloud infrastructure. You will become an integral part of the team, making every problem of the platform a problem of your own, and solving them accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux and Windows OS, basic knowledge in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
• Proactively monitor customer issues until they are fully resolved, keeping the customer informed along the way of incident lifecycle.
• Focus on support tickets, incident management and application monitoring.
• Document key learnings as part of the support you provide.
• Build and maintain excellent communication with customers and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve skills through work experience and training(s).
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 supported shift environment.  

Good to Have Skill

• Knowledge of Public Clouds: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge in configuring services such as Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PHP etc.
• Familiarity with Linux servers in Virtualization and Containerization.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages: Python, Perl, Bash.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
