AI Engineer

AI Engineer responsible for building and integrating AI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications, with a focus on LLM-based systems such as copilots, RAG applications, and intelligent automation workflows.

The role involves developing scalable AI services, integrating LLMs into backend systems, and contributing to production-grade AI solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop RAG-based applications using enterprise data sources
• Build and integrate LLM-powered APIs and services into existing systems
• Implement prompt engineering techniques and manage prompt iterations
• Develop AI copilots and assistants for internal tools and workflows
• Work with embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval systems
• Build and maintain pipelines for structured and unstructured data processing
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on AI system design
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of AI services
• Stay updated with advancements in LLMs and GenAI technologies


Required work experience
• Experience building APIs and backend systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM integrations and prompt design
• Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data

Must have technical skills
1. Strong programming skills in Python or .NET (C#)
2. Experience building REST APIs and backend services
3. Understanding of:
• LLM concepts and prompt engineering
• Embeddings and vector similarity search
• RAG architectures
4. Familiarity with at least one:
• LLM framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar)
• Vector database (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Redis)

Good to have technical skills

1. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
2. Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
3. Exposure to AI observability and evaluation techniques
4. Experience with enterprise applications or financial systems

Experience Range : 2–5 years (Minimum 2 years in AI/ML or related experience)

Educational qualification : Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field
