About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion tracking to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
* Develop and execute lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion-focused campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPL, and CPA.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
* Set up and manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
* Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports.
* Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels.
* Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
* Collaborate with the creative, content, and web development teams to improve campaign performance.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
* Generate quality leads and contribute to sales growth through performance-driven strategies.
### Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
* Understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
* Expertise in audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Excellent communication and team management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
* Google Ads and Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in handling e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
* Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
* Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, and landing page builders.
