Solution Engineering Consultant (PMO) - HRMS

We are looking for an experienced Senior Techno-Functional Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and help us continue our mission.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders - quickly understanding their policies, workflows, statutory obligations, and pain points - and translating them into comprehensive business analysis documents that identify the right HRMS and Payroll features and configurations.
- Conceptualize and present HRMS and Payroll solutions to clients, creating detailed user scenarios, payroll calculation logic, leave/attendance rules, approval workflows, and wireframes to illustrate your vision and secure buy-in.

Skills:

- HRMS & Payroll Expertise: Strong functional understanding of Core HR, Employee Lifecycle, Time & Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, and Talent modules.
- Project Management Expertise: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Waterfall) applied to HR technology programs.
- Business Analysis Acumen: Experience in software requirements analysis with the ability to create detailed, well-documented requirements and quickly grasp HR and Payroll business processes.
- Solution Architecture: Ability to evaluate and recommend commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) HRMS/Payroll platforms or open-source solutions alongside custom development options, and to design integrations across the HR ecosystem.
- Product Thinking: Comfort with roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and product discovery techniques - particularly valuable when partnering with clients building or extending HR products.
- Client Governance: Facilitate structured daily calls with clear agendas, documented decisions, and assigned actions with owners and due dates - closed within the next cycle. Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the client through professionalism, clarity, and consistent follow-through.
- PM Tooling & Documentation: Ensure project boards, backlogs, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and status reports are updated daily without exception. Treat tooling discipline and documentation quality as primary deliverables on this engagement.
- DevOps–Development Bridge: Serve as the coordination layer between DevOps and Development teams, driving alignment on environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployment planning, cutover sequencing, and rollback readiness.
- Migration Management: Plan and oversee on-prem to SaaS migration waves and the Power BI to DevExpress reporting migration, managing dependencies, risks, and parity validation in close collaboration with the client's IT and vendor teams.
