Your Mission:
• Oversee and ensure the efficient execution of housekeeping services.
• Perform key secretarial and administrative responsibilities with precision.
• Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate essential services.
• Accurately process invoices for the administrative department.
• Handle procurement and distribution of corporate gifts.
• Facilitate guest receptions and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
• Collaborate with the building team to address office-related matters.
• Coordinate with various departments as needed to support operations.
• Oversee maintenance contracts (AMC) for office equipment and services.
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of office premises.
• Manage front office operations and courier services.
• Assist the HR team in organizing and executing corporate events.
Your Profile:
• Proficient in overseeing office environments to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional approach.
• Proficient in using MIS for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Skilled in fostering and maintaining productive vendor relationships.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with efficiency.
• Analytical mindset to identify challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
• Proven capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments.
• Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all administrative functions and documentation.
