ERP QA Analyst

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP QA Analyst to perform comprehensive testing before the official release of our ERP software. The tester will ensure that all modules function correctly, workflows meet business requirements, and the software is free of critical bugs, providing a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough pre-release testing of ERP modules, including Finance, Sales, Inventory, HR, and Manufacturing.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to identify defects.

Document and report issues clearly using bug-tracking tools.

Validate that ERP workflows align with client and business requirements.

Collaborate closely with developers and project teams to resolve issues quickly.

Prepare detailed test cases, test plans, and test reports for management review.

Suggest improvements to enhance software quality and user experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably with ERP systems.

Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
