Remote (USA-focused)

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across major platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have excellent command of English, strong judgment in evaluating posts, and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

*Write, edit, and publish compelling social media content tailored to each platform.
*Evaluate the quality of posts (text, visuals, and overall impact) to ensure alignment with brand voice.
*Exercise judgment in selecting and pairing content with photos or graphics for maximum engagement.
*Boost post visibility through strategic promotion and track performance metrics.
*Measure success using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
*Drive follower growth and engagement by adding value through creative storytelling and interactive content.
*Manage multiple accounts consistently without lapses in posting schedules.
*Quickly adapt to USA-specific social and cultural nuances (training will be provided).
*Maintain strong customer orientation, ensuring content reflects audience needs and preferences.
