HR Development Manager

We are looking for experienced HR Development Manager to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. Experience range: 6+ years
Must have: European market working experience

Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and continuously improve international HR development strategies in alignment with in-tech’s global objectives.
2. Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of development programs across all locations.
3. Plan, coordinate, and steer all global developmental processes, including talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
5. Administer the in-tech Training Academy, including curriculum development, scheduling, and logistics.
6. Identify training needs, source internal/external trainers, and ensure high-quality delivery of learning programs.
7. Track participation and outcomes, reporting on ROI and impact.
8. Act as a liaison between global HR, business leaders, and employees to ensure developmental needs are met.
9. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance learning opportunities.
10. Stay current with global HR trends and best practices, integrating innovative approaches into in-tech’s development programs.
11. Support change management initiatives related to HR development.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 6+ years of experience is required
3. Proven experience in international HR development, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication and intercultural competence.
6. Experience with learning management systems and training program administration.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization.
8. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
