We are looking for experienced HR Business partner with international experience to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. Experience required: Minimum 4+ yrs
Must have: European market working experience

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned international entities (e.g., Romania, Germany, Czech Republic)
2. Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
3. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in each country of responsibility
4. Collaborate with global HR teams to drive organizational initiatives and harmonize HR standards
5. Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement activities
6. Implement, update and communicate HR processes and regulations
7. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management as required

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Minimum 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role, preferably in an international environment
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in an international context; experience with European labor laws (e.g. Romania, Czech Republic or Germany) is a plus
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional language skills (e.g., Romanian, Czech, German) are an advantage
5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-cultural teams
6. Willingness to travel internationally as needed
