Job Title: Operations Executive – YOUReward

YOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized ‘Operations Executive – YOUReward’ to support in the daily operations of the business. With a keen attention to detail, the Operations Executive will be able to assist in daily activities of the YOUReward Team, including but not limited to creating accounts for clients, Uploading and maintaining the YOUReward portal, coordinating and responding to client queries,
and liaising with internal and stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Main responsibilities:

Internal Operations
-Highlighting or escalating concerns for immediate action.
-Support in tracking and resolving client complaints or other concerns that involve the YOUReward Team and following up with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
-Regular co-ordination with the YOUReward Sales Team to understand the client’s gift card requirements and accordingly make necessary arrangements with the internal departments to ensure smooth processing of the gift order.
-Maintaining various excel trackers on a daily / weekly basis.

YOUReward Client Operations
-Support in managing relationships with new & existing clients, which includes updating content, and actioning other requirements from the clients.
-Arranging for gift card orders as per the client’s requirements.
-Tracking and Escalating all required action points for timely resolution.
-Creating accounts and maintaining a tracker for all YOUReward clients.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in any field.
-2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
-Excellent spoken and written English and communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
