Manager - Learning & Development
Job Description :
• Identify training and development needs across departments
• Coordinate onboarding and employee training programs
• Organize workshops, webinars, and learning sessions
• Maintain training calendars, records, and attendance
• Work with internal trainers and external vendors
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
• Support leadership development and employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare training reports and learning analytics
• Manage LMS (Learning Management System) platforms if applicable
• Ensure compliance training completion
Qualifications:
MBA/Bachelor’s degree
8 –15 years of experience in Learning & Development
