Field Technical Support Engineer (Diploma – E&C)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Technical Support Engineer with a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) to support installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic and embedded systems at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, good communication skills, and willingness to travel frequently as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide onsite technical support and service for products
* Assist in installation, wiring, configuration, and testing of systems
* Troubleshoot hardware and basic software-related issues
* Perform routine maintenance and system health checks
* Coordinate with senior engineers and the technical support team
* Prepare service reports and maintain documentation
* Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and support requests
* Travel frequently for field support activities when required
Requirements
* Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or equivalent
* Basic understanding of electronics and embedded systems
* Good communication and customer-handling skills
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
* Willingness to work in a field environment and travel frequently
* Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply
