Experience
12+ years in software architecture / solution design with 4+ years in AI/ML solution architecture.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to design, architect, and lead the implementation of scalable AI-driven solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, data architecture, system integration, and enterprise solution design.
The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, data engineers, and AI/ML engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions including Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation systems.
Shape
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end AI solution architectures aligned with business requirements.
Define AI system components including data pipelines, model deployment, APIs, integrations, and monitoring frameworks.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
Architect scalable and secure AI platforms using cloud technologies.
Lead solution discussions, technical estimations, and architecture reviews.
Design AI workflows for:
Generative AI applications
Computer Vision systems
NLP/chatbot solutions
Predictive analytics platforms
AI-powered automation systems
Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, reliability, and compliance.
Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, and cloud AI services.
Support deployment strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution proposals.
Provide technical leadership during client discussions and project execution.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Familiarity with event-driven and streaming architectures is a plus.
Architecture & Leadership
Strong solution design and system integration skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience in technical proposal creation and client-facing discussions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
AI/Cloud certifications are an advantage.
Experience in domains such as Manufacturing, FinTech, Healthcare, or Enterprise Automation is preferred.
Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, and security best practices.
Nice to Have
Experience with edge AI devices such as NVIDIA Jetson.
Knowledge of Computer Vision deployment in manufacturing or HSE environments.
Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, IMS, or ticketing systems.
