Endpoint Administrator (Microsoft 365 / Intune)*

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Administrator to manage and secure employee devices in a cloud-first environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure (Entra ID), and will be responsible for device provisioning, compliance, and endpoint security across the organization.

## 🔧 **Key Responsibilities**
### **Device Management**
* Provision and configure laptops using **Microsoft Intune / Autopilot**
* Maintain standard device images and deployment profiles
* Manage device lifecycle (onboarding, re-provisioning, offboarding)
* Ensure consistent configuration across all endpoints

 ### **Security & Compliance**

 * Enforce device compliance policies (encryption, antivirus, patching)
* Implement and monitor **Conditional Access policies**
* Ensure devices meet security baselines (Defender, BitLocker, updates)
* Manage endpoint security via **Microsoft Defender for Endpoint**

 ### **Identity & Access**

 * Manage users and devices in **Azure AD (Entra ID)**
* Configure role-based access and device-based access controls
* Support secure VPN access and device posture checks

 ### **M365 Administration**

 * Administer core M365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint – basic level)
* Manage licenses, user onboarding/offboarding
* Support collaboration tools and endpoint integration

 ## **Operations & Support**

 * Troubleshoot device, access, and policy-related issues
* Support remote workforce (VPN, secure access)
* Maintain documentation for configurations and processes
* Work with security teams to ensure compliance

* Microsoft Intune (mandatory)

* Windows 10/11 device management
### **Security**

 * Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
* Conditional Access
* BitLocker, patching, endpoint compliance

 ### **Nice to Have**
* Autopilot deployment
* Azure fundamentals
* VPN troubleshooting
* Basic scripting (PowerShell)
 
## 🎯 **Experience**

* 2–7 years in endpoint / M365 administration
* Experience in cloud-first / serverless environments preferred
