Technical Lead - Python & AI

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python and AI technologies to lead a dynamic development team for an ongoing project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and delivering scalable AI-driven solutions
Architect, develop, and maintain applications using Python and AI/ML technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and project deliverables
Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and best development practices
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution planning
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
Drive timely delivery and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Key Skills
7+ years of overall software development experience
Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on experience in Python and AI technologies
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern AI frameworks
Experience leading technical teams and managing project delivery
Expertise in backend development, APIs, and scalable application architecture
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
