Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including payroll, employee services, and compliance. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end payroll processing and coordination with the finance team
Support reconciliation of payroll-related accounts
Coordinate visa processing (new applications and renewals)
Handle leave management, including tracking and approvals
Arrange air ticket bookings for business travel
Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with visa regulations and HR policies
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll and HR services
Maintain accurate and updated employee records and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Freshers can apply (no prior experience required)
Preference will be given to candidates with prior HR internship experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Immediate joiners preferred
