About the Role

This is a core sales role, and we are looking only for people who are genuinely passionate about sales and want to build a career in it. This is not for someone trying it out or treating it as a backup option. If you enjoy sales, business conversations, and working towards results, this role is for you regardless of your academic background.

The role involves speaking with international clients, understanding different businesses, and turning conversations into real opportunities. You will be interacting with decision makers, building relationships, and consistently following up to move deals forward.

If you are someone who takes initiative, stays consistent, and is willing to put in the effort until results come, this role offers strong growth potential.


What We Are Looking For:

Genuine interest in sales as a long-term career, not something you are just trying out temporarily
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, as you will be interacting with business owners and senior leadership in the US and Europe
Comfortable speaking with international clients and handling conversations professionally
Curiosity about technology with a willingness to keep learning
Someone who stays updated with current affairs, business trends, and industry news
Ability to think independently and adapt during conversations instead of relying only on scripts
Patience and consistency in follow ups, understanding that most deals take time
Someone who enjoys speaking with people and building connections over time
Fast learner with a growth mindset and openness to feedback
Ability to work under pressure while staying consistent in a target driven environment


What You Will Be Doing (Actions / Tasks):

Reach out to potential clients in the US and Europe through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Research, identify, and qualify potential leads
Initiate conversations with decision makers and schedule meetings
Follow up regularly to move conversations forward
Coordinate with the team for demos and proposals
Maintain CRM and track all activities and deal progress
Manage the complete sales pipeline from first outreach to closing deals
