Role Description: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 6–8 years of proven experience in IT products and services sales. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing the complete sales lifecycle, driving revenue growth, and leading high performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT products and services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and product) for successful deal execution
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics and forecasts
Requirements:
• 6–8 years of experience in IT product and services sales
• Strong expertise in end-to-end sales lifecycle management
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in team leadership and people management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
• Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, and sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, and Zoho CRM
• Ability to leverage CRM data for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• MBA is preferred
