Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Delivery Manager
to lead the successful execution of enterprise application projects from initiation through
delivery. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, delivery leadership,
and client-facing capability.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to enterprise application development, system
implementation, and cross-functional team leadership. They will serve as the critical bridge
between client stakeholders, business requirements, and implementation teams ensuring
seamless communication, practical execution, and successful project outcomes.
This role is best suited for someone who understands both the functional and technical
dimensions of enterprise solutions and can translate business needs into actionable delivery
strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership
• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise application projects, ensuring timelines, scope,
quality, and client expectations are met.
• Establish and drive delivery governance frameworks, reporting structures, and
execution discipline across projects.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement
mitigation strategies.
Technical & Functional Alignment
• Understand client business processes, functional requirements, and enterprise
application needs.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical roadmaps for implementation
teams.
• Review solution designs and technical approaches to ensure scalability,
maintainability, and alignment with project objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage client communications, project updates, escalations, and expectation setting.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by providing clarity, confidence, and strategic
guidance throughout delivery cycles.
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and high-performance delivery culture.
• Support resource planning and ensure teams are aligned with project priorities.
Continuous Improvement
• Improve delivery processes, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to strategic planning, solution enhancement, and operational excellence
initiatives.
• Support pre-sales and solutioning activities where technical delivery insights are
required.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software delivery, enterprise application implementation, or
technical project leadership.
• Proven hands-on experience in enterprise application development and large-scale
project delivery.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture principles, and
modern delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing client relationships and complex stakeholder environments.
• Ability to interpret functional requirements and bridge them effectively to technical
teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional, high-performing delivery teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, or custom
application delivery (Java based).
• Exposure to cloud-based architectures, APIs, integrations, and scalable enterprise
solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in consulting, IT services, or enterprise solution environments.
