QA- Client Onboarding & Implementation Support

We are looking for a Junior QA & Implementation Support for our healthcare Patient Portal and Provider Portal platforms. The primary responsibility of this role will be to create client intake forms and PHI forms and perform end-to-end testing of these forms across web and mobile platforms. In addition, the candidate will support the QA team in functional testing, issue validation, client onboarding activities, and production support tasks as needed. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth client experience and maintaining high product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Forms Configuration & Testing (Primary Responsibility)
• Create and configure client intake forms and PHI forms based on business/client requirements.
• Perform functional and usability testing of forms on both web and mobile platforms.
• Validate field behavior, workflows, conditional logic, data capture, and submission processes.
• Ensure forms are responsive, accurate, and user-friendly across supported devices and browsers.
• Coordinate with product and development teams for form enhancements and fixes.
Client Onboarding Support
• Assist in onboarding new clients by validating configurations in Patient and Provider portals.
• Perform end-to-end testing of client-specific workflows.
• Coordinate with product, development, and implementation teams during onboarding phases.
• Verify data accuracy and system behavior based on client requirements.
Issue Support & Production Validation
• Investigate and reproduce issues reported by clients.
• Perform root cause analysis (initial level) and provide clear findings.
• Work closely with team to validate fixes in staging/production.
• Support hotfix verification and urgent production releases.
Documentation & Communication
• Maintain test cases, onboarding checklists, and issue logs.
• Provide clear status updates on testing and onboarding progress.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and occasionally with client-facing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5–7 years of experience in QA/testing, preferably in web-based applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts (functional, regression, UAT).
• Familiarity with web applications and REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
