HR Admin with Recruitment Support

A dynamic and fast-growing engineering company headquartered in Munich, Germany employing around 2350 employees globally across 20 project locations in 8 countries including multiple locations across the UK.
We are seeking HR Administration professionals with 2–3 years of relevant experience who can effectively support both recruitment activities and day-to-day administrative functions. The role requires hands-on involvement in coordinating hiring processes, maintaining HR records, onboarding support, and ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Recruiting:
• Interview management: Organize interviews of candidates for recruiters.
• Create employee offer letters for candidates.
• Assist with active sourcing candidate searches.
• Create regular reporting using the SAP system.
• Manage employee on-boardings.
HR if Recruitment topics won't be 100%-time filling:
• Enter, maintain, and update employee and leadership data in SAP systems for example changes related to job titles, reporting lines, and contract updates.
• Create regular reporting using the SAP system
• Assist with the preparation for employee on-boarding day; make sure all system requirements and accesses are provided in the SAP system
• Contribute to process optimization and documentation efforts related to HR operations.
Requirements
• Experience in HR Recruiting or administration
• Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
• Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with international teams or multicultural environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and self-management—you are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your area.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to exercise basic German written communicate with the employees regarding basic HR topics. German language proficiency is a plus but not necessary.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required. Candidate should be very well understood esp. for non-native speakers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic HR environment.
