MuleSoft - Developer

As we continue to expand our development team, we are looking for a skilled and experienced MuleSoft Developer to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

MuleSoft Development: Develop, implement, and maintain MuleSoft integration solutions within a new or ongoing client project, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
Strategic consulting: Plan and develop integration projects that digitally advance companies in their core processes, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Solution design: Analyze business and technical requirements and design powerful integration scenarios around the MuleSoft platform and related technologies.
Requirements management: Coordinate between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into practical, efficient, and technically feasible solutions.
API strategies: Design and implement modern API-led integration concepts that optimally connect applications and systems across the enterprise.
Practical implementation: Conduct demos and proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate solution approaches and make innovative integration solutions tangible early in the project lifecycle.
Project responsibility: Take on sub-project management responsibilities, ensure the successful implementation of integration solutions in terms of time, quality, and budget.
YOUR PROFILE
3+ years hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4)
Solid understanding of Java, JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, and integration patterns (API, EAI, ETL, ESB)
Proficiency in DataWeave 2.0 for complex transformations
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka, JMS, or similar event streaming platforms
Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth 2.0, TLS/mTLS, secure property handling
Familiarity with CI/CD processes (Git, Maven, build/deployment pipelines)
A strong customer-focused mindset, with an ability to understand and address client needs effectively and having a European/International Customer Experience
Proven ability to coordinate projects, align IT and business stakeholders, and drive requirements and solutions to completion
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, open communication style, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Certifications: Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer – Level 1
Nice To Have:

ERP/SAP integration experience using MuleSoft connectors (S/4HANA, IDoc, RFC, OData, SOAP)
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (e.g. Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud)
Understanding of Anypoint Platform governance features (API Manager policies, SLAs)
Certifications: Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer II
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with MuleSof
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
