Senior Recruiter – Contract Role (AI-Driven Hiring)

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter on a contract basis who can deliver results at speed and uses AI tools as a core part of their recruitment strategy, not as an add-on. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing high hiring volumes, works well under pressure, and enjoys building efficient, tech-enabled recruiting processes.
Role Overview
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple verticals. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring priorities, and ensure rapid yet high-quality closures. The role demands strong ownership, autonomy, and the ability to manage 10 or more open positions simultaneously without compromising candidate experience or stakeholder communication.
A key expectation of this role is the hands-on use of AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and candidate outreach. You should be comfortable leveraging automation and intelligence to optimize turnaround time, improve candidate quality, and drive scalable hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure
Handle multiple open requisitions across different functions and seniority levels
Actively use AI tools for resume screening, talent matching, outreach personalization, and pipeline management
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS
Provide regular hiring updates, dashboards, and insights to hiring managers
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Required Experience & Skills
5–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably across diverse roles and teams
Mandatory hands-on experience using AI tools in recruitment, such as AI sourcing platforms, screening tools, or automation-based outreach solutions
Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive sourcing and talent mapping
Proven experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to manage high-volume hiring with strong prioritization and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Available to join immediately on a contract basis
